FACILITY RENTALSThe Eastern Sierra Tri-County Fairgrounds facilities are available year-round for meetings, receptions, reunions and other events. We have several buildings that can accommodate any size group. Tables and chairs are included with all rentals at no extra charge. HOME ECONOMICS BUILDING (Click here for photos) Our most frequently used building for wedding receptions and meetings. Amenities include: kitchen, handicapped accessible restrooms, and portable stage. 6,000 Square Feet (120'X50') Maximum Occupancy: 700 Assembly/ 370 Dinner $215-$500 per day (discounts apply for youth & non-profit events) Security/ Cleaning Deposit Required. Liability insurance required. PATIO BUILDING (Click here for photo and more information) This building is the perfect size for smaller groups. Amenities include: kitchenette (sink and refrigerator only), restrooms and covered patio area. 150 Square Feet (30'X50') Maximum Occupancy: 130 Assembly/97 Dinner $175 per day Security/Cleaning Deposit Required. Liability insurance required. CHARLES BROWN AUDITORIUM (Click here for photos) This is our largest building, suitable for trade shows and other large gatherings.
