We have several buildings that can accommodate any size group. Tables and chairs are included with all rentals at no extra charge. Amenities include: kitchenette (sink and refrigerator only), restrooms and covered patio area. 150 Square Feet (30'X50') Maximum Occupancy: 130 Assembly/97 Dinner $175 per day Security/Cleaning Deposit Required. Liability insurance required. This is our largest building, suitable for trade shows and other large gatherings. Amenities include: Large kitchen, restrooms 14,000 Square Feet (70'X200') Maximum Occupancy: 1700 Assembly/ 933 Dinner $450-$900 per day (discounts apply for youth & non-profit events) Security/Cleaning Deposit Required.
