Become A Vendor
Commercial vendors do very well at the Eastern Sierra Tri-County Fair for several reasons: First, since we are a smaller fair, we make every effort to limit duplication of items. We want you to make money! Second, our staff pays close attention to layout of the grounds, placing commercial booths only in areas with the highest traffic. Profits are nice of course, but there are many other reasons that most of our vendors return year after year. Our facility is located in the beautiful Eastern High Sierra, the air and the water are clean, and the views are always breathtaking. Many vendors make a vacation out of the trip to Bishop, staying a few extra days for hiking, camping & fishing. Plus, the people here are very friendly - We Promise To Treat You Right! Vendor Booth Fees: 10' X 10' (Indoor or Outdoor) - $275.00 "The Fine Print": Current liability insurance certificate is required. If your company cannot provide us with the necessary insurance, we can purchase coverage for you through California Fair Services Authority. Current fees are $84 for commercial exhibitors/ $108 for food & beverage. We are sorry, but we cannot provide commercial exhibitors with tables or canopies. Indoor spaces are separated with pipe and drape style dividers. Most outdoor spaces are located on the lawn. Selection Process: Vendors from the 2005 fair have first right of refusal for the same spot at the 2006 fair. As spaces become available, a selection committee will review applications and choose new vendors based on the following critieria:
Camping/Lodging: Camping in our RV Lot is available. With water and electric (no sewer) - $60 for entire fair. Dry camping - $10 per night. For motel and other area campgrounds, please see the Bishop Chamber of Commerce Web Page. www.bishopvisitor.com
